Where To Find High-Quality Greeting Cards At Low Prices
Greeting cards are becoming a lost art, and a big part of that is the price point. At $2-$5 a piece, celebrations can get real expensive real fast. But I’ve got a secret for you: there’s a place that you probably visit regularly where you can now find high-quality greeting cards at low prices. Interested? I thought so.

Saving money isn’t just something that I do to help us stay on budget; it’s something that I enjoy as well. I’ve completely stopped buying greeting cards in the past few years because an extra $3-$5 on top of a gift seemed excessive. But I’ll admit, there are times when I’d love to add a meaningful card to a simple gift.
I started to look around and see if there was a place that I could find cheap greeting cards that were still high quality. I wasn’t having much luck until I ran across a new greeting card line at one of my favorite stores.
Yep, that’s right. Good ole Dollar Tree, where everything is just a dollar! There are over 6,500 Dollar Tree store nationwide. In our local “big city” there are 5 locations, so chances are that you have one nearby.
Starting August 30th, 2018, each and every store with start carrying TWO greeting card lines from Hallmark.
Yes, you read that right again.
The greeting card giant is partnering with one of the biggest bargain stores out there to create lines that are beautiful but still affordable.
The two lines you can find at all stores are Expressions from Hallmark ($1 each) and Heartline, a Hallmark company (2 for $1). I don’t know about you, but I’m definitely going to be keeping an eye out for the Heartline cards. You CANNOT beat 2 cards for $1!
I like these cards for several reasons, but the biggest is that no one would ever guess that they came from Dollar Tree! They’re just as high quality as cards that you would find at bigger (and higher priced) retailers, or even at a specialty greeting card store. I can’t come up with a single reason to NOT shop for greeting cards exclusively at Dollar Tree now!
There are 4 additional lines that are available at select stores only: Mahogany, Tree of Life, VIDA, and Joyfully Yours. I was sent some of the Joyfully Yours cards to enjoy and I’d say they’re my favorite ones!
Joyfully Yours lets family and friends express their faith in just the right way during holidays, special occasions, and moments big and small. I found these cards to be faith-filled, uplifting, and of course, beautifully designed.
With hundreds of new greeting cards to choose from, you can celebrate every moment with your friends and family without breaking the bank!
For more information on these brand new greeting cards, you can visit www.DollarTree.com. Check out the gallery below to see more of my favorite cards (the Heartline cards feature 2 per image so you can see how much bang you get for your buck)!
Which of these cards is your favorite? Do you think you’ll make Dollar Tree your one stop shop for cheap greeting cards?
