I’m obsessed with a good breakfast of eggs, bacon, and hash browns, but that’s just not possible most mornings. When I was teaching, I wanted to just be able to grab my breakfast without having to stand at the stove for 15 minutes, but I also wanted it to be healthy. So off to Pinterest I went, and I found some pretty amazing recipes that I could make the day before and enjoy the next morning!
